Saltaire (near Bradford, Yorkshire) - England

Saltaire was designated as a world heritage site in 2001. It is a complete town that was build around the weaving industry during industrial revolution. Much of the weaving industry shut down in the 1960's, including Saltaire. Since then, it has been transformed into a business and artistic centre.

Well done, Julian. Thank you for sharing. These pictures are fabulous and make me want to read James Harriot's books all over again.
